    Job Description :


    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Data Analyst to join our team and support our Epic Systems implementation.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data analysis and proficiency with Epic Systems software.

    The primary responsibilities include :

    • Analysing clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    Collaborating with clinical staff, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define data needs.

    • Designing and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
    • Configuring and maintaining Epic Systems modules related to clinical data management, such as Clarity and Caboodle.
    • Providing training and support to endusers on Epic Systems functionality and best practices for data analysis.
    • Participating in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects to ensure the integrity and accuracy of clinical data.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, or a related field.
    • Must have Certification in Epic Systems (Clarity data model/ cogito/ caboodle) strongly preferred.
    • EPIC Clarity certification Mandatory
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Epic Systems software in a healthcare setting.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
