    Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst

    Gurgaon


    Designation :
    (as per interview performance & EXL fitment)

    Work Timings : 11-8pm /12pm- 9pm

    Experience : 3-9 years


    Brief Job Description :

    • Devise innovative and actionable solutions for complex business problems
    • Own key aspects of analytical projects
    • Be responsible for building client ready visualizations based on the analysis and direct communication with the client
    • Create project plans, get buyin from stakeholders and manage efforts against the plan

    Competencies Required :

    • Proficient working knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL & Tableau is a must
    • Knowledge and understanding of Python is good to have
    • Hands on experience in data extraction using SQL or ETL tool and creating dashboards using Tableau is must
    • Excellent communication & Presentation skills
    • Proficient in data handling, understanding, analysis, interpretation and articulation of results
    • Multitasking and prioritizing is of high importance
    • Candidates with 5+ years should have exp in stakeholder management, business transformation, team management and client management.
