Reservation Executive :
Job Description
- Handling of OTA and maintaining parity
- Preparation of Reports - Occupancy Forecast Report, Competitors Analysis Report, No Show Report, Positioning Report, OTA Conversion, Other MIS
- Training and Managing the members of Sales Team
- Coordinating with the Ops team for guest requests and grievances
- Highlighting major points to management
- Coordinating with Front Office, marketing and all departments with regards to occupancy, Rate & Villa Revenue
- Handling of Inventory
- Developing of Travel Agent Network
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Navi Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Business development: 5 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
