Position:
Officer (IT)

Qualification:
B. Sc (Computer Science / Information Technology)

Languages Known:
Hindi, English and Tamil

Experience: 8 years to 12 years

LOCATION :
JAMSHEDPUR

CTC:
25% to 30% increase from their present CTC

Roles and Responsibility of the Position:

Respond to enquiries from staff to help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
Recommend suitable software and hardware systems where these might improve performance.
Introduce all necessary security measures to ensure that data systems are secure from data loss or misuse.
Provide any required Management information to assist with effective decision making.
Develop a programme of maintenance and support for all IT systems to ensure a minimum of downtime

and fast resolution of any problem.

Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective helpdesk service to provide technical support

to system users.

Negotiate contracts with extend providers for services and production which cannot be provided internally and monitor service delivery to ensure that agreed targets and standards are met.
To participate and support in Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) / ISO 14001 / TS 16949 related

activities and other systems which is followed in the company.
