Role & Responsibilities:

- Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
- Handling daytoday accounting.
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
- Handling all banking related work.
- Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc. and keeping track of them.
- Handling and filing GST is one of the key responsibilities.
- Preparing profit and loss statements.
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
- Handling petty cash.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or its equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an account executive.
- Proficient in managing accounting software.
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of changes.
- Excellent recordkeeping and accounting skills with high ethics.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Taxation: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Tally (preferred)
