Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records:
Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the financial data.

Prepare financial reports:
Generate regular financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management.

Manage accounts payable and receivable:
Monitor and manage the accounts payable and receivable processes. Process vendor invoices, issue customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors.

Budgeting and forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis reports to management. Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Financial analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to assess the financial performance of the organization. Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Accounts Executive or similar position.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) for financial data management and analysis.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
