Key Responsibilities:
Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
To prepare and deliver presentations explaining products and services to prospective and existing clients.
To establish new, and maintain the existing relationships with customers.
Look out for new opportunities, provide and submit all relevant information including proposals, quotations, and solutions to customer queries by understanding their pain areas.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.Schedule solution demonstration and coordinate with the necessary dept to get the Demo instance
Build, maintain, and a strong client base.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support from initial enquiry to final sales closing stage.
Get approval on the commercials
To work alongside with CRM Sales Head in order to generate sales, for a better portfolio of key accounts and reach the Company set sales target.
Ensure all leads/enquiries are passed into the CRM, update and maintain CRM system ensuring all customer feedback and task completions are done.
Suggesting improvements and simplified methods of working, procedures, and systems for a smooth continuous progress.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
