    Description

    About the Company:

    Company is a reliable platform for purchasing, selling, transferring, and safeguarding digital currencies. As a regulated trading venue, we offer a variety of digital currencies. We are a fintech organization focusing on asset tokenization, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools. In 2020, we obtained regulatory approval for 8 blockchain-related registrations from the Financial Market Authority. Established in 2018, our headquarters are in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) with branches in Crypto-Valley Zug (Switzerland) and New Delhi (India).

    Responsibilities:

    • Determine and define project scope and objectives
    • Predict resources needed to achieve objectives and manage them effectively
    • Develop and oversee a detailed project schedule and work plan
    • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
    • Manage vendor and supplier contracts by assigning tasks and communicating expected outcomes
    • Follow industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
    • Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
    • Evaluate project performance to identify areas for enhancement

    Qualifications (MUST):

    • Minimum 5 years of engineering project management experience; at least 3 years of Agile project management experience
    • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, 1-week sprints with Program Increment planning
    • Ability to create structure in uncertain environments and interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
    • Experience collaborating with global product teams and engineers
    • Capable of translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders
    • Skilled in driving change beyond direct influence and garnering stakeholder support
    • Strong negotiation skills to deliver results through formal and informal channels within a matrix project setup
    • Effective verbal presentation and writing skills
    • Highly motivated, adaptable, customer-focused team player
    • Able to collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including business and technical groups
    • Previous experience in blockchain and crypto exchanges is essential
