What success looks like in this role:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the highest level of service availability and efficiency for the Yammer Service as benchmarked against industry standards and consistent with enterprise goals and constraints.
  • Ensure compliance and security for the Yammer Service in full alignment with Regeneron policy and procedures.
  • Author and maintain documentation such as Technical Specifications, Process Diagrams, Policy Statements, SOPs, and Knowledge articles, and others as necessary.
  • Maintain high performing operational service and support for the Yammer Service throughout Regeneron.
  • Provide regular and accurate management reporting on the Yammer Service.
  • Take ownership of reported incidents, meeting SLAs and ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Engage and lead on major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review.
  • Be accountable for the quality of the end to end service and performance, ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans.
  • Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and execute on actions while acquiring and reporting measurable results.
  • Lead and execute changes to the service offering including planning, developing, testing, and rollout, while coordinating and engaging with relevant parties such as Office 365 Engineering, InfoSec, Data Privacy, IT Communications, and others as appropriate.
  • Attend or hold weekly Service Delivery Meetings with the Service Owners or as required.
  • Be an ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication and build relationships with other teams.
  • Leverage communication channels and end user training initiatives to drive healthy adoption and utilization growth while fostering usage patterns and behaviors that align with usage guidelines and company policy.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 5-8 years in the role of delivering IT services to business or consumers with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Office 365, preferably with specialized skills in the Yammer workload as well as Office 365 Groups, SharePoint, and Purview.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office 365 administrative capabilities such as Yammer Network Admin, Purview, PowerShell, and other tools that are relevant to the administration and operation of the Yammer service.
  • Experience with operating systems, Microsoft Windows, Mac, and iOS as well as browsers particular to those systems, Edge, Chrome, and Safari.
  • Service Management or Support in a largescale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure or platform engineering projects.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as PowerBI and Splunk.
  • Knowledge of GxP and proven experience of managing in a highly regulated environment.
  • Deep experience of ITIL disciplines.
  • Problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with Service Providers to ensure effective operations and agreed upon service levels.
  • Experience authoring business and technical documentation as well as collaborative development of formal documentation such as policy statements and standard operating procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to directly engage with business users and effectively translate and convey technically complex information.
  • Ability to assess customer needs, creatively approach solutions, and decide and influence appropriate courses of action.
  • Ability to work with global team and utilize global best practices for service delivery.
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
