Description
Develop, communicate, implement and manage a channel marketing strategy for the assigned channel type.

  • Hire, manage and mentor a team of direct reports.
  • Work with others ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans.
  • Keep a pulse on channel partner trends and drive marketing excellence across the organization.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
  • Responsible for driving strategy and growth within assigned target customer base.
  • Develop proposals, business cases and ROI model for and with partners.
  • Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist to the marketing, sales and transformation organization.
  • Create and maintain channel segmentation and key persona analysis for each segment.
  • Organize and execute campaigns through internal resources and external vendors.
  • Track and optimize the performance of new and existing Sales Executive.

Salary:
Up to ₹24,000.00 per month

Experience:

Sales Supervisor: 4 years (required)

  • Sales & Distribution: 4 years (required)
