    Job Description :
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen AI Specialist to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Generative AI, particularly with expertise in LLM (Large Language Models), machine learning algorithms, NLP (Natural Language Processing), BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), Transformers, and GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) models.

    As a Gen AI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to solve complex problems across various domains.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, train, and deploy AI models that drive innovation and business success.


    Responsibilities :

    • Research, design, and develop stateoftheart Generative AI models using LLMs, machine learning algorithms, NLP techniques, BERT, Transformers, and GPT.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to identify AI opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
    • Train and finetune AI models using largescale datasets to achieve optimal performance and accuracy.
    • Implement scalable and efficient AI solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
    • Evaluate the performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
    • Continuously explore new advancements in Generative AI and contribute to the improvement of existing models.
    • Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Stay updated with the latest research papers, technologies, and trends in Generative AI and related fields.

    Requirements :

    • Master's or Ph.
    D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in developing Generative AI models, particularly with LLMs, machine learning algorithms, NLP, BERT, Transformers, and GPT.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
    • Solid understanding of deep learning principles, algorithms, and methodologies.
    • Experience with training and finetuning largescale AI models using distributed computing platforms.
    • Excellent problemsolving abilities and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Publications or contributions to the field of Generative AI or related areas.
    • Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Knowledge of reinforcement learning and other advanced AI techniques.
    • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
