Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities -
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Generate sales leads per day.
- Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Skills-
- Strong communication abilities
- The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
- Ability to listen and solve problems
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
