Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities -

  • Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
  • Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Generate sales leads per day.
  • Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Skills-

  • Strong communication abilities
  • The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
  • Ability to listen and solve problems

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
