We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
E-commerce Order Processing Executive to join our dedicated team.

As an e-commerce order Processing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, from placement to fulfillment.

Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Receive and review incoming customer orders placed through various ecommerce platforms.
Verify the accuracy of order information, including product details, quantities, and shipping addresses.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Communicate order and shipping updates to customers, providing them with accurate tracking information.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status, shipping, and product information.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and shipping details.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating restocking efforts.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance order processing efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in ecommerce order processing or a related customer service role.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
