As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be a key player in driving our online sales strategy and ensuring the overall success of our e-commerce platform.

This position is suitable for individuals with a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the online sales process to optimize customer experience and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Online Store Management:


  • Manage and update product listings on the ecommerce platform.
  • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:


  • Monitor and process online orders promptly.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Generate and analyze ecommerce performance reports.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:


  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts.
  • Implement strategies to manage excess inventory.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in ecommerce operations.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
  • Proficient in MS-Excel.
  • Familiar with Amazon Central & Flipkart Central.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Quarterly bonus

  • Ecommerce: 1 year (preferred)
