As a
Senior UI/UX Designer at
InnoWave, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional digital experiences for our users.

You will be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences across our digital channels, including web and mobile.

Leveraging your expertise and experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar, you will create functional and visually appealing features that address our end users' needs.

Responsibilities:

Gather user insights and translate them into intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Work within an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience as UI/UX Designer
Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale.
A passion for understanding user needs and solving complex problems through design.
Eagerness to learn and transition into a product management role.
Product management coursework, certifications, or relevant experience is a plus.
