About Cantilever Labs:

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Associate to join our team Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our project at a partner college.
Being the eyes and ears of our organisation on the ground, ensuring that the program runs smoothly and that students and mentors have a positive experience with Cantilever Labs.
Working closely with administrators at the college and our mentors to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance our users' experience.
Coordinating with mentors to ensure that classes are set up and run smoothly
Collecting feedback from students and college administration about their experiences using our platform and incorporating that feedback into our product development process
Providing technical support to mentors and students as needed to ensure they have a positive experience using our platform
The Unknown: We are a fastpaced startup looking to grow leaps and bounds You will be a key member of the team and will get to learn and explore as we grow.

Prerequisites:

Experience working in a university collaboration or edtech startup preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working onsite at the partner college and building strong relationships with college staff and students
Engineering or MCA Degree
