Managing cleanliness,

Checking quality of ingredients

Storage process

Packaging, transportation (need to understand ways for transportation - this to be the most imp aspect we need to fix it & do trail run),

Waste control, waste mgmt,

Sampling of final product before sent to Centres,

Periodical lab testing of food/water, pest control, Managing water quality, etc.
