    Platform Owner - Application Maintenance Services


    Job Summary :
    We are seeking an Application Maintenance Solution Architect with expertise in Application Development and Maintenance (ADM).

    The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding on the latest trends in the Application Maintenance and be able to leverage AI/ML in optimising the AM portfolio for the customer.

    The candidate will be responsible for analysing, troubleshooting, and enhancing the performance/ stability/ availability of client application portfolio through data-driven insights and automation.

    As part of this role, you will anchor and drive solution design for modern application portfolios of our customers.

    You should demonstrate experience in the following tasks :


    • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to analyse maintenance data, identify patterns, and predict potential issues before they arise.
    • Design and deploy AIOps solution to automate critical maintenance activities and reduce manual effort.
    • Implement solutions to monitor application performance metrics and proactively address any anomalies or degradation in performance.
    • Utilize Industry standard tools and methods to implement observability, self-heal and automate to improve performance of existing applications.
    • Work closely with software developers and SRE teams to implement changes and improvements based on maintenance insights.
    • Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to application maintenance and optimization.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ADM and machine learning to continuously improve maintenance strategies.
    • Implement solutions to day to day problems arising in the application portfolio

    Qualifications :

    • Proven experience in Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) tasks, including coding, debugging, and testing.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. (pls share your github profile)
    • Handson experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikitlearn).
    • Hands on experience with tools like Mulesoft, BigPanda, newRelic
    • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modelling techniques.
    • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
    • Certifications in machine learning are a plus. So is demonstrable experience in Splunk.
