Profile:

Own the UI & UX for all the web, mobile & AI products in the products ecosystem
Collate, evaluate, and execute as per requirements gathered from PMs or endusers
Perform UX audits, identify usability issues, and resolve the same
Investigate analytics to comprehend what works and what doesn't with the users
Solve business and usability problems via UI
Prepare & present wires and mocks that Tech, TechOps, and PMs can take further
Create multiple options for the PMs to choose and decide from
Design with the aim of simplifying user processes and making their lives easier, while remaining totally inline with the business ethics, expectations, and philosophies
Design products that demonstrate deep empathy for the customers & stakeholders
Justify; with strong logic; each & every nugget of UI that you propose
Define KPIs and set up benchmarks, to measure the quality of the design
Prepare shortterm and longterm design roadmaps
Perform generative & evaluative user research if/when needed
Attend and present designs to internal stakeholders and top management
Work closely with Design head, Product Head, and the Product Managers
Be extremely passionate about making your products a market success

Qualification:

Design graduate with min 1 year of experience in UI/UX designing
Should be a selfstarter
Having an eye for the details is a must
Excellent written & verbal communication
Sound knowledge of visual design will be an addon
Sound knowledge of supplychain processes will be an addon
Internship experience in industries like Supplytech, E-Commerce, AI/ML, Healthtech, Foodtech, Edutech, Gamingtech, Socialtech, Fintech, Jobtech, etc. is an addon but not at all mandatory.

Salary:
₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
