Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Capability to build trust and relationships, in order to build long-term relationships.

Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

Analyze sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends to anticipate product needs. Plan product ranges & stock accordingly.

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Capability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.


Requirements & Skills:


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS EXCEL
  • Communication and negotiation skills.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Bhopal,
