Description
1. Converting Lead Generation into Sales.- Career counseling about different careers in the field of Digital Marketing.
- Takes incoming calls, and processes sales.
- Makes outgoing calls or cold calls to inform about our courses.
- Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
- Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensuring zero outstanding.
- Maintain installment registers in real-time.
- Should be active, capable to take initiative, and target oriented.
- Build strong relationships with students & staff to fully understand their needs.
Required skills:
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have effective sales skills with experience in counseling.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Dedicated team player.
- Outspoken with good people skills.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
