1. Converting Lead Generation into Sales.

  • Career counseling about different careers in the field of Digital Marketing.
  • Takes incoming calls, and processes sales.
  • Makes outgoing calls or cold calls to inform about our courses.
  • Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
  • Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensuring zero outstanding.
  • Maintain installment registers in real-time.
  • Should be active, capable to take initiative, and target oriented.
  • Build strong relationships with students & staff to fully understand their needs.

Required skills:


  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have effective sales skills with experience in counseling.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Dedicated team player.
  • Outspoken with good people skills.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
