As a CT Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using specialized equipment, such as computed tomography (CT) scanners

  • Your role involves working closely with patients, ensuring their safety, and producing highquality images for medical diagnosis

Responsibilities:


  • Explain procedures to patients, ensuring their understanding and cooperation.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
  • Administer contrast agents, when necessary, to enhance image quality.
  • Operate CT equipment according to established protocols.
  • Adjust and control imaging parameters to obtain optimal images.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and make adjustments as needed.
  • Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Ensure proper patient positioning to minimize radiation exposure.
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures in the imaging area.
  • Evaluate images for quality and clarity, ensuring diagnostic relevance.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CT equipment.
  • Report malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel for repairs.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
  • Document relevant information regarding procedures and patient history.
  • Participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Should have completed CT Technician Course or Degree from recognized university/Institution.

A valid license for Karnataka state is compulsory.

Should have at least compulsory 5 years of experience is the same with relevant experience certificates.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
