Description

As a CT Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using specialized equipment, such as computed tomography (CT) scanners

Your role involves working closely with patients, ensuring their safety, and producing highquality images for medical diagnosis

Responsibilities:

Explain procedures to patients, ensuring their understanding and cooperation.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
Administer contrast agents, when necessary, to enhance image quality.
Operate CT equipment according to established protocols.
Adjust and control imaging parameters to obtain optimal images.
Monitor patients during procedures and make adjustments as needed.
Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protocols.
Ensure proper patient positioning to minimize radiation exposure.
Follow infection control and safety procedures in the imaging area.
Evaluate images for quality and clarity, ensuring diagnostic relevance.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret results.
Perform routine maintenance on CT equipment.
Report malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel for repairs.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Document relevant information regarding procedures and patient history.
Participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Should have completed CT Technician Course or Degree from recognized university/Institution.

A valid license for Karnataka state is compulsory.

Should have at least compulsory 5 years of experience is the same with relevant experience certificates.

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
