Description
o Manage, maintain, Trouble shouting and update HO and Outlets PCs, Laptops, printers and other IT devices.

  • Monitoring the WAN, LAN, Wireless Infrastructure for threats or errors and identify general network problems.
  • Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Configuration, Monitoring, Troubleshooting of IP phone and Asterisk Server.
  • Configuration, Monitoring, Troubleshooting of Switches and firewall.
  • Configuration, Monitoring, Troubleshooting of Time attendance device and Managing Software.
  • Maintain PC and server secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV, Access control and other security system.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server OS and Linux OS
  • Software Install, Troubleshooting and training as needed.

Preferred Certification
Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE),

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) ,

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)


Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuppam, Taliparamba, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:
