Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Administration Assistant.
The role involves assisting the Managing Director, Directors and sales teams with the right level of information, reviewing documents for quality, accuracy and consistency, interaction with multiple teams as an extended representative of the MD and Director.
Sending Quotes to clients and follow ups with clients for paymentsEducation:
A degree in any discipline and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Excellent English both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and review long documents for English accuracy, consistency and clarity.
- Attention to detail is very important
- Phone skills and mail skills are very important
- Ability to interact with product and sales teams clearly.
- Knowledge of using ChatGPT is a big advantage.

₹20,000 per month
