Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts
• Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress toward goals
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and stay uptodate on real estate industry trends
• Consistently meet assigned monthly sales quota
• Track and report your pipeline activity

Qualifications

• MBA, BBA in Marketing, or related field
• Minimum experience of 24 years with a proven track record in sales and business development
• Relevant experience in sales of marketing & advertising solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Strong networking and followup skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with real estate clients will be a plus.
