Qualifications:


  • Professionally Qualified and/or Post Graduate qualification specializing in CFA preferred.

Work
Experience (highlight):


  • Work Experience of Should have managed and monitored model portfolios in adherence with the strategic framework to deliver outperformance of returns consistently.

Core Purpose of the Role:


  • Manage mutual fund schemes for a mutual fund
  • Meet regularly with analysts and researchers to assess the economic fundamentals
  • Network with Industry experts
  • Develop investment policies and strategies for portfolio management based on investment objectives
  • Assess portfolio to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, firm policies and portfolio investment strategies
  • Maintain regular contact and ongoing dialogue with clients
  • Make sales and marketing presentations to current and prospective clients
  • Ensure outperformance of the portfolio and create niche mind space with our clients
  • Liaise and call with Sales team and Channel Partners

Technical Skills:


  • Building financial & valuation Models, Pricing derivatives, futures and swaps, Generating MIS reports, Excel
  • Capital Markets Platforms: Bloomberg, Reuters, Newswire, NDS-OM/PDO, CBLO Dealing, Capitaline, Prowess
  • Modeling with graphical charts, Accessing data from Bloomberg & Reuters directly to MS Excel
