Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales/Business Development Executive (BDE) at Ardour Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and expanding our customer base.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to generate leads and secure new accounts.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their objectives.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address any client queries or objections.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Possession of a twowheeler (conveyance) and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Fuel reimbursement will be provided for businessrelated travel.
