Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the project management team in planning and organizing construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, uptodate, and properly stored.
  • Monitor project progress and track key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Report any deviations or delays to the project management team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely availability of resources, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Ensure that project information and updates are shared promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, change orders, and other projectrelated legal documents.
  • Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking. Identify and report any cost overruns or budget discrepancies.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Assist in resolving any projectrelated issues or conflicts. Escalate complex issues to the project management team for resolution.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations on construction sites.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to construction project management. Continuously update knowledge and skills as required.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of more than 12 yrs as a Project Coordinator for highway projects or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, processes, and practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and health and safety standards in the construction industry.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary:
₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
