Description
Preparation of proposals, Enquiry generations, new customers build up, cost estimations, payment follow up, customer interactions.- Coordination with internal departments and vendors/ clients and production team for successful completion of project.
- Vendor registrations, search for potential vendors, material requisitions, float enquiries, matching technical requirements with vendor's technical specifications, technocommercial comparisons, negotiations, purchase order placement and post PO responsibilities such as follow up for the delivery of the material, payment processing, reports/ data updation.
- Expertise in search, study, preparation, and submission of online/offline tender documents.
- Responsible for vendor registration.
- Coordinating with the vendors for order confirmations, delivery of material, payment processing, etc.
- Technocommercial comparisons, negotiations
- Reviewing and understanding customer technical data and drawings, plans and other documents to prepare enquiries.
- Responsible for handling customer enquiries daily and coordinating with customers/clients for technical details.
- Responsible for preparing and sending technocommercial offers, Regret Letters, estimates, formal letters, budgets, targets, etc.
- Maintaining all enquiry related data and submitted quotations for future records and Audit Purpose.
- Responsible for study, prepare and submission of online & offline tenders/bid documents.
