STORE INCHARGE

Material receipt tracking and entry

  • Receipt of materials, GRN process/verification against PO and entry into system for tracking and cost calculations.
  • Entering data into the system as per project code and maintaining the manufacturing and purchase costs for all items received.
  • Keeping the stores organized with numerical coding for bins and rack locations. Excel or ERP to be used to keep track of material locations.
  • Segregation and preparation of materials as per BOM for the subassembly or assembly, so that the assembly process can be simplified.
  • Delivery of materials upon request to assembly and getting signatures from concerned supervisor or technician assigned to the project.
  • Ordering and Maintaining required stock of consumables required for the projects. Consumables may include fasteners, electrical panel items, grinding wheels, welding rods etc.
  • Maintaining proper inventory of unused/excess items
  • Periodic stock verification
  • Periodic review and disposal of unused and scrap materials
  • Submission of Stock Statement to accounts for submission to bank every month.

Follow-up

  • Sub contract followup for machined and fabricated components
  • Follow up with suppliers for purchased components

Packaging and Dispatch

  • Preparing documentation for material dispatch according to government regulations
  • Ordering and receiving of packing materials as per project requirement
  • Arranging for logistics/transport for domestic and export orders.
  • Follow up with customer until material is received at customer end
  • Courier process for local and domestic spares delivery

Salary:
₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
