Responsibilities:


  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular followups and addressing their concerns.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into customers through activities like cold calling, networking events, and product presentations.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends, to the management team regularly.
  • Schedule appointments with clients and actively participate in team meetings to contribute to sales strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ernakulam.
  • Immediate availability and willingness to travel for client visits.
