Executive - Admin Home & Farm

  • Checking, allocating and updating the ticket system every morning and update the status to the managers.
  • Meeting the manager / HOD every morning with the ticket status and others to plan the tasks.
  • Checking the bills, attaching the supporting documents and compare it with the approved quotations before processing and sending it to the audit team.
  • Company wise entry in budget sheet.
  • Preparing, Updating and maintaining warranty sheet.
  • Maintaining the sheet of utility bills, Insurance and AMCs of all locations and submit it further to the accounts team for payments.
  • Maintaining vendor directory.
  • Maintaining and filling AMC contracts, Fire documents, IT Infra Layouts, Furniture drawings, Electrical drawings, Plumbing drawings, Rent agreements, and others of all locations.
  • Coordinating with accounts team for vendor payments.
  • Checking & maintaining stationery, housekeeping and stock register on weekly basis.
  • Preparing the petty cash with its supporting bills and submit the same to the accounts team.
  • Handling credit card of admin and IT
  • Any other task assign by Manager or Management.
