Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Generation:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities by visiting top retailers in the region

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.


Product/Service Presentation:

Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential customers, highlighting the key features, benefits, and value propositions to effectively promote sales.


Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Conduct negotiations with customers, prepare sales proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective sales processes.

Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate sales records, track sales activities, and provide regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and sales targets achieved.


Relationship Building:

Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to enhance business opportunities and drive customer loyalty.


  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts, provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, and contribute to overall business growth.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and achieve sales objectives.

Continuously evaluate and refine sales approaches to maximize results.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and professional development activities.

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in retail marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals successfully.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, selfmotivated, and targetdriven.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Analytical skills to analyze market data, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new sales techniques and market trends.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and competitors.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
