Roles and Responsibilities
- Client acquisition, retention, and enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing open deals.
- The sales Manager is liable for the all performance of the team and achieves the liability for which they are liable.
- Be responsible for endtoend sales: Lead Generation to closure and postclosure relationship management.
- Required sales manager having 25 years experience in sales and marketing

- Cold calling with daily followups.
- Commercial and residential property sale.
- Experience in Sales
- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership skill
- Ability to work independently, to work effectively across functional lines, to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to make consequential decisions that bring projects, investigations, and other activities to closure.
- Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer
- Should be able to deliver under pressure, in an open environment.
- Should have experience in the Real Estate sector would be a plus point.
- Real Estate experience of at least 2 years.
