Experience:
- Total experience:
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Minimum experience:
- 12 years experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating progressive responsibility and leadership within the hospitality sector
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred
Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with pointofsale systems and basic computer skills.

Profile Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Restaurant Captain - Hotel/Resort Assistant.
As a pivotal part of our hospitality staff, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, overseeing restaurant operations, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel/resort.
Responsibilities:

Guest Service Excellence: Provide impeccable customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, attending to guest needs, and resolving any issues promptly.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the restaurant team, including waitstaff and support staff, to deliver outstanding service and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including but not limited to, table reservations, order processing, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and service etiquette.

Quality Control: Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet or exceed customer expectations, maintaining consistency and compliance with established standards.

Guest Feedback: Actively seek and respond to guest feedback, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance the overall dining experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the hotel/resort to coordinate events, promotions, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment, including weekends and holidays.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
