    Description

    What We Need

    FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analytics Lead within our CORPAY division. This position falls under our payments line of business. The FPA Manager works closely with the business and senior management and is primarily responsible for analytics and strategy to drive sustainable growth and retention by forecasting, budgeting, modelling, and analysis, leading BI projects, preparing management presentations, and identifying risks and opportunities of the business.

    As a Financial Planning & Analytics Lead, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment reporting to our office location in Chennai. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

    • Assigned workspace in office set up
    • Company-issued equipment

    Role Responsibilities

    The responsibilities of the role will include:

    · Lead the FPA & Strategy team by directly supervising Analysts.

    · Manage the team by working with the current resources, hiring, and training new Analysts.

    · Working as an individual contributor and managing the team by prioritizing and ensuring timely delivery of regular and ad hoc analytics required by Senior Management in Corpay and Fleetcor.

    · Responsible for providing in-depth analysis and insights that enhance the decision-making abilities for the Senior Management and Executives.

    · Perform in-depth revenue analysis and commentary on key variances vs. targets and vs. prior months/years and recommendations for future action as required.

    · Evaluate and report on risk adjusted revenue to identify risks and opportunities with respect to business performance.

    · Analysis of key metrics and trends proactively to support organic customer revenue retention and growth.

    · Work with key stake holders, Senior Management, and various levels within the sales organization to gather information and data points on key initiatives to analyze business performance.

    · Assist in preparation of the Forecasts and Annual Revenue Budget – Management presentations, Global, Regional and Sales Revenue budgets at the detailed level also setting up sales individual's targets and portfolio allocations.

    · Analysis, tracking and measuring the impact of various ongoing initiatives.

    · Prepare modeling to assess ROI & also conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

    · Identify and recommend improvements to current processes, with a focus on increased efficiencies and enhanced value-added analytics.

    · Introduce new analysis, reports, which provide insights into different areas of the business.

    · Implementing solutions for financial reporting and modeling.

    · Drive a variety of special projects to improve internal business processes.

    · Conduct due diligence analysis pre-acquisition and lead integration projects collaborating with various stakeholders' post-acquisition.

    Qualifications & Skills

    · 5 - 7 years' experience in Strategy, Financial Planning and Analytics

    · Business Intelligence tools (Power BI)

    · Budgeting and Forecasting

    · Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word

    · Project Management

    Other requirements (nice to have):

    · Microsoft SQL, Visio, SharePoint

    · Basic Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce)
