Spray Dryer Operator (Production)

Plant Location :
Dahej, Bharuch (Gujarat)

Location:
Dahej

  • Operates Spray Dryer and understands underlying functions of spray drying parameters
  • Maintain spray dryer logs and submit samples to the lab
  • Awareness of Emergency shutdown Procedure
  • Troubleshoot dryer processes
  • Assist with Spray Dryer routine maintenance
  • Understands and complies with quality regulations as they relate to job responsibilities
  • Oversee cleanup of entire dryer system between products

Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a chemical manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety protocols, and regulations
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
