Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative concepts and ideas for our products, services, and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and design, to ensure creative solutions align with business objectives
Manage the creative process from conception to execution, including researching and analyzing market trends, gathering and interpreting feedback, and presenting concepts to stakeholders
Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources for all creative projects
Work with external partners, including agencies and freelancers, to execute creative projects and ensure consistency across all channels
Maintain and develop creative brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with internal teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an agency or a creative department of a brand
Strong understanding of creative processes, including ideation, concept development, design, and production
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering creative solutions that drive business results
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
Strong portfolio of creative work
Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
