Roles and Responsibility

Job Title:
Solution Architect

Experience: 12-15 years


Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 days

JD:
As a Tech Lead / Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture.

You should have a strong command over the following technologies:


  • React, Stencil JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, ECMAScript 14, SASS, LESS
  • RDBMS, MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server
  • Design Patterns (good hold)
  • PHP, MySQL, Spryker, Magento (strong hold) Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch (strong hold)
  • Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Endtoend Testing (good understanding) Agile/SCRUM way of working (good hold)

Responsibilities:


  • Take endtoend ownership and accountability for the technical aspects of projects.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
  • Continually research current and emerging technologies, proposing changes where needed.
  • Inform stakeholders about any issues with current technical solutions being implemented.
  • Assess the business impact of technical choices and provide recommendations.
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes.
  • Design, modify, and test technical architecture.
  • Review and validate solution designs from other team members.
  • Advocate for process improvements and help develop solutions.
  • Regularly communicate new features and benefits to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop proofofconcept projects to validate proposed solutions.
  • Document and share best practice knowledge for new solutions.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Proven work experience in project management is advantageous.
  • Indepth understanding of coding languages.
  • Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Stronghold on the mentioned tech stack.
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
