Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and manage our entire digital team.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, overseeing all digital campaigns at Fresh Box Media, and driving the achievement of our client's marketing goals.

This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and providing guidance to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and development, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital campaigns.
Set clear goals and KPIs for digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as required to support digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the digital marketing landscape.

Requirements:

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Digital Marketing Strategist or in a similar role, managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a digital marketing team to achieve goals and drive results.
Excellent understanding of digital analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Solid knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing technology stack.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of developing successful digital marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and present digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
Uptodate with the latest industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
₹35, ₹70,000.00 per month
