Training and Learning Operations Expert
Location - Hyderabad

About the Role:
Operationally support T&L activities across defined scope within TechOps, to ensure compliance and enhance access to learning for associates.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliantly manage the inscope training matrix.
Define system setup and coordinate appropriate learning management system maintenance for all inscope training requirements (courses, curricula, assignments etc) with the LMS administrators.
Manage all inscope reporting requirements.
Communicate appropriately on availability of learning content, to support the curiosity and growth of NTO associates.
Manage local learning events for the NTO Operations Hubs; support local learning events on inscope sites.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

Ability to work with a crossfunctional, crosscultural team within a matrix organization
Strong customer service orientation
Demonstrated experience of working with IT tools; experience with learning management systems advantageous
Knowledge of GxP requirements (esp. training and documentation)
Demonstrates strong selfawareness and continually seeks feedback to support own development.

Desirable Requirements:

Some knowledge of pharmaceutical production and GxP requirements beneficial
