Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning: Designing and developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with CBSE standards.

Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering student engagement.

Assessment and Evaluation: Administering assessments, grading assignments, providing feedback to students, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Differentiated Instruction: Catering to the diverse learning needs of students by employing various instructional strategies and adapting teaching methods as necessary.

Parent Communication: Communicating with parents or guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and academic updates.

Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues, administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance teaching practices, curriculum development, and school-wide initiatives.

Extracurricular Activities: Participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and committees as needed.

Adherence to Policies: Adhering to school policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including those outlined by CBSE.

Qualifications:

Certification: Valid teaching certification or qualification recognized by CBSE or the relevant education authority.

Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school or similar educational setting, is often preferred.

Pedagogical Skills: Strong pedagogical skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment practices.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to students, parents, and colleagues.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
