WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • An executive Incharge of ensuring the systems and processes are used regularly across functions
  • Identification and adoption of more features and systems to streamline and optimize work
  • Ensure the Periodic MIS across functions (Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly) is made and
shared with the respective stakeholders.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the MIS for each Business Function & Individual & regularly monitor the same
  • Present the same to the Key Business Personal
  • Obtain and maintain data across all levels
  • Preparation of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly MIS Reports and presentations.
  • To ensure all reports are delivered to schedule with the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Perform data mining and data analysis of received data from various stakeholders and systems into a presentable form.
  • Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • Knowledge in preparing charts and graphs.
  • Extract and analyze various data reports which would help the company in running business efficiently.
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Excel & MS Power Point including advanced tools and formulas
(Aggregate function, Pivot table & chart, Vlookup & Hlookup, countif, Macros MIS reporting by using MS Excel and other financial/nested formulas etc.)

  • Validate data in the system process and serve as point of contact for reporting, form
management and enhancements to the platform

  • Ensure the systems are being used and in case of deviation highlight immediately

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Understand the behavior of software in order to deploy it.
  • Knowledge of process related standards
  • Problemsolving skills and good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Knowledge of advance excel
  • Good at making reports
  • Should be flexible enough for multitasking

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
