Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Image Editor/Retoucher to join our dynamic team.

As an Image Editor/Retoucher, you will be responsible for enhancing and transforming images to meet our clients' requirements and brand standards.

Your keen eye for detail, proficiency in various image editing software, and ability to produce visually stunning images will be instrumental in delivering high-quality visual content to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Image Editing: Collaborate with photographers, designers, and clients to edit and retouch images, ensuring they meet the desired artistic vision and project specifications.
Retouching: Enhance, correct, and manipulate images, including but not limited to skin retouching, color correction, background removal, and object removal while maintaining a natural and realistic look.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that edited images are consistent with the client's brief, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
Creative Input: Provide creative suggestions and recommendations to improve image quality, composition, and overall aesthetics, showcasing your artistic flair and technical expertise.
File Management: Organize and maintain a wellstructured database of image assets, ensuring efficient retrieval and delivery for various projects.
Deadline Adherence: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality output.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's growth.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and address any feedback or revisions in a professional manner.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues related to image editing software and find innovative solutions to overcome challenges.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Previous experience as an Image Editor/Retoucher or related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
Proficient in

Image Editing Software:
Advanced knowledge of image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other relevant tools.

Technical Skills: Expertise in color correction, retouching techniques, compositing, and other image manipulation skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to produce flawless images that meet highquality standards.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and contribute original ideas to enhance image aesthetics.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities.
