Skillset Required:
Experience: 3-6 years

• Prior Experience in US IT Recruitment
• Good working knowledge on ATS tool like CEIPAL Etc.
• Good knowledge about technical terminology
• Experience in searching profiles using Boolean search
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients
• Sourcing from Job Portals
• Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Well-versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and place

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
Up to ₹45,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)
