Summary:

Synergy 360 Health is seeking a skilled coder to join our dynamic team dedicated to improving healthcare processes and patient outcomes.

As a coder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of medical records, billing, and data analysis within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately assign diagnostic and procedural codes to patient records, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, while adhering to coding guidelines and regulations.
  • Review and audit medical documentation to verify the completeness and correctness of coding, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinicians, and billing professionals to resolve coding-related issues, clarify documentation, and optimize reimbursement.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems, coding software, and other healthcare technology tools to facilitate coding and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up to date with changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry trends to ensure coding compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and present coding-related reports and statistics to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical coder in a healthcare setting.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ICD10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
Medical Coding: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
