  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any IT field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions within tight deadlines.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types:

₹15,000.00 per month
