Job Expectations:


  • Work in Mid-Market Segment, Safety & productivity solution (MMS-SPS) team of Honeywell as an Individual contributor with significant responsibilities as Sr. Hardware Design engineer in advance Sensor, Printer & Scanner device and mobility, IOT domain.
  • Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to technical projects, finding innovative, costeffective means to improve research, techniques, procedures, and products and technologies. You will facilitate design, development, and testing to meet project objectives faster and more efficiently and you develop and commercialize products & technologies.

Skill Requirement:


  • Sound knowledge & experience of Analog and Digital Sensor design, like Air quality, Pressure, Vibration, displacement, temperature, strain gauges, corrosion, gas, position & Hall effect sensors.
  • Should have strong understanding on Sensor Interface & sensor fusioning Skills.
  • Should have hands on experience on design & development of electronics hardware based on 8/16/32 Bit Microcontroller and Microprocessor based products.
  • Should have strong knowledge on Embedded communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, SMBus, CAN, USB, Ethernet etc.,
  • Experience in wireless technologies, like; BLE, WiFi, Zigbee, LoRa Wan, RFID
  • Conceptualize the product and translate the requirements into CTQs for design
  • Hands on experience with error budgeting of Sensors and Systems
  • Experience in schematics & PCB layout design in (ORCAD/Mentor Graphics).
  • DFSS green belt certification is added advantage
  • Handson knowledge of Microcontroller interfacing and Analog to Digital data conversion, designing with OpAmps, transistors, MOSFET, linear & switching regulators, Current output (420mA) circuits.
  • Understanding of product certification requirements as per regulatory standards (IEC, UL, CE, FCC)
  • Hands on experience on EMI/EMC design practice, testing and trouble shooting.
  • Experience of Interface module at platform level.
  • Experience Labview and Arduino coding is added advantage
  • Should have strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge on Design for manufacturability, assembly & testing expertise.

QUALIFICATION:
B.E/ B. Tech/ in Electronics & Telecommunication /Instrumentation

5 to 8 years
