Job Description:


  • Create and maintain the needs for solutions and offerings for various analytic services, including machine learning interventions, across all Sales & Commercial towers for all prioritized industries. Design, construct, create, and deploy datadriven solutions in close collaboration with the product development teams. Make these offerings' gotomarket value propositions distinctive. Work closely with the relevant horizontal practice team to oversee each offering as you shape it. Create a multiyear offering strategy while defining and adhering to release cycles. To develop the offers and accelerate speed to market as necessary, create and collaborate with partner organizations and other teams. Partner with teams of solution architects and client partners to commercialise the products. Lead or work together in response to analytics
- or data-driven RFIs or RFPs. The Sales & Commercial Analytics Leader & SME is anticipated to perform a crucial bridge role between the domain business experts and the digital, advanced analytics, and technology professionals. In general, the leader must use his or her problem-solving skills to convert the stakeholder's business demand into a techno-analytical issue, and then collaborate effectively with the analytics, digital, and engineering specialists to implement large-scale analytical solutions. The ideal applicant should have prior consulting and pre-sales expertise.

The Sales & Commercial Analytics Leader's main duties are:


  • Offer stakeholders strategic advising and problemsolving assistance as they implement analytics. Together with analytics and technology experts, develop a sales and commercial product solution roadmap and commit to and take responsibility for putting it into action. Together with the programme manager, sales and business development teams, and other stakeholders, work to identify and take advantage of any sometimes occurring short cycle mining opportunities. Participate in SME assessments of prospects and engagements including sales and commercial analytics. To stitch big ticket solutions with endtoend span, actively interact with competency leaders in the Cloud, Big Data, ML, BI, and Data Engineering sectors. Launch advanced analytics initiatives with the customer, focusing on delivering gamechanging insights in a timely manner. Know the sales and commercial market's trends, developments, and competitive environment. Capable of working autonomously in a multicultural setting while juggling many time zones. Sell our value proposition to CXOs and their second line.
