Job Summary

  • Daily Vouchers / Receipts, Bank Transactions, and Payments
  • Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office
  • Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives as well as clients, when applicable
  • Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Retrieve documents and files when requested
  • Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly
  • Monthend and yearend closing
  • Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant
  • Assist in completing audits
  • Handling Cash and Bank Transactions.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
